JDB-600 copper sleeve is a kind of high force brass bearing which is lubricated by oil gushing from oil groove. The product has the function of traditional tin bronze bearing. Because of the use of high-strength brass (zcuzn24al6), its HB hardness has been doubled. Therefore, the service life of the product in low-speed situation can be doubled than that of the general bronze sleeve, and its bearing pressure is large, so it can be used in heavy-duty situation. At present, the product is mainly used in the stress joint of excavator and large gearbox.
