MATERIAL STRUCTURE

1. The mixture of modified POM and lead is 0.3 ~ 0.5mm, which has high wear resistance and low friction coefficient even in case of instantaneous oil shortage. The oil storage pit with spiral angle on the surface of bearing with regular arrangement must be coated with lubricating grease during assembly.
2. The copper powder layer is 0.2 ~ 0.3mm, which has good bearing capacity and wear resistance. Good thermal conductivity can timely transfer the heat generated in the bearing operation process. The composite material can penetrate into the gap of copper powder ball and improve the bonding strength.
3. Low carbon steel 0.4 ~ 2.2mm, improve bearing capacity and heat transfer.
4. Copper / Tin Electrodeposition, copper coating 0.008mm, tin coating 0.005mm, so that the bearing has a good corrosion resistance function.

APPLICATION CHARACTER

It is especially suitable for the rotating motion, swinging motion under heavy load and low speed as well as the parts that are often opened and closed under load and are not easy to form fluid lubrication; it can be used for a long time under the boundary lubrication condition without oil maintenance, and the oil in the process can prolong the service life of the bearing more; the plastic layer on the surface can leave a certain margin during the forming and processing of the shaft sleeve and press into the opening After that, it can be processed by itself to achieve better assembly size.

At present, it is mainly used in metallurgical machinery, mining machinery, water conservancy machinery, automobile chassis, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, steel rolling machinery, etc.
